Payroll and Pension Administration

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

Our Payroll and Pension service includes:

  • Project Managed Implementation – ensuring a smooth transition to our solution
  • Named Payroll Officer – an experienced payroll colleague at the end of the phone to support you and your employees
  • An Online Portal – allowing you to send contract changes and to view comprehensive staff data whenever you need it. Absence data can be recorded and monitored, enabling you to generate a variety of reports to effectively manage absence
  • A Fully Compliant Service – meeting all your statutory payroll and auditing requirements
  • Quality Assurance – your payroll will be processed accurately, on time and to the highest possible standard
  • Monthly pre-payment reports – you can check your payroll prior to running at the end of the month

HR Transactional

We offer a full range of transactional services, including pre-employment checks aligned with Safer Recruitment practices, Single Central Record templates, advice and guidance, timely payroll liaison, and all contractual administration for new starters, leavers, and changes. We work closely with you and, if needed, your preferred payroll partner to deliver a flexible, efficient, and cost-effective service.

Our HR Transactional service includes:

  • A named HR Officer - an experienced HR colleague at the end of the phone to support you and your employees
  • Education knowledge - we are familiar with all of the Teachers and Support Staff Terms and Conditions (e.g. Burgundy Book, Green Book and the School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document) as well as adapting to work with bespoke conditions as defined by academies
  • Timely turnaround – written correspondence issued to your employees electronically (including Statements of Written Particulars, amendment to contracts and leaver letters), in a timely manner (additional charges will apply should you request letters are posted to an employees home address).
  • Payroll liaison – liaising with your preferred payroll partner to action all contractual changes each month in line with prescribed deadlines
  • Proactive notifications – alerting you to changes affecting annual leave for all support staff and temporary contracts / allowances coming to an end
  • Single Central Record guidance and advice – guidance and templates to ensure you are compliant
  • Pre-employment checks – Processing of the required checks for teaching and support staff with emailed confirmation
