    The service provided by S4S ensures that Governors meetings, and those of the committees, run smoothly, efficiently and meet the expectations of all stakeholders. Agendas are drawn-up in consultation with the Chairs and Headteachers and include all those annoying things you (as a busy Head) forget to include! Minutes are accurate and reflect Governor challenge, support and impact. They are produced quickly following meetings so that the impetus of the agenda is not lost. Our clerk is very knowledgeable and without her I would be completely at sea – she keeps me on my toes in the nicest possible way, which means EVERYTHING we need to discuss at meetings is included and minuted appropriately afterwards.
