    Full Clerking Services for Governing and Trust Boards

    Not every meeting needs a full clerking package. Our Minuting Only service provides an experienced clerk to attend a meeting or panel and produce accurate, compliant minutes‚ ideal for boards that already manage their own governance administration but need professional minute-taking for a specific meeting.

    • Attendance at a specified meeting or panel, in person or virtually

    • Production of clear, accurate, compliant minutes

    • Circulation of draft minutes within 15 school days.

    • Support for ad hoc or sensitive panels, such as complaints hearings, exclusion panels, or staff conduct and grievance meetings

    What This Costs

    Minuting Only is charged per meeting rather than as an annual package, so there's no need to commit beyond the meeting or panel you actually need covered. Contact our Governor Support team for a quote for your meeting.

    For sensitive panels specifically, note that we also offer separate, dedicated services for Clerking of Discipline Committees and Independent Review Panel meetings, worth checking with our team which is the better fit for your situation.

    Minuting Only or Full Clerking?

    Minuting Only is purely about producing the minutes, it doesn't include advice on governance procedure or compliance.
