Unconscious bias and adultification
Our Unconscious Bias and Adultification Awareness training is designed to equip educators with essential knowledge and skills to recognise and address implicit biases that can influence perceptions and interactions with children and young people. This comprehensive course explores the nature of unconscious bias, the concept of adultification, and their impact on emotional, behavioural, and educational outcomes. Participants will gain practical strategies to promote equitable practice, challenge assumptions, and create supportive, inclusive learning environments for all learners.
The training is easy to follow and can be completed at your own pace. Upon completion, participants will be required to pass a final assessment to demonstrate their understanding of the course material. Successful participants will receive a CPD-accredited certificate, ensuring they are fully equipped to support and protect children in their online environments.
